Piedrasassi We make cool-climate syrah in Lompoc, California. Piedrasassi began making wine in 2003. We built our wood-fired oven and began growing grain in 2012.

Our winemaking focus is cool-climate syrah, while our bread program is centered on freshly milled flour. Winemaker: Sashi Moorman. Baker: Jonathan Eng.
