Since we are coming into the (yawn) midterm elections, I thought that I would run a poll on FB.
We are getting a small flyer/poster printed to put in the fat toad pantry advertising our hump roast and inviting folks to pre-order their bison prime rib for the holidays.

We delivered two bison to the butcher today! 🦬🦬

There are still a **couple of quarters available** if you’ve been wanting to stock your freezer with premium, locally raised bison.

**Available Quarters:**

* 🥩 **Approx. 90 lbs finished meat** – **$1,101.67**
* 🥩 **Approx. 72 lbs finished meat** – **$886.92**

This is high-quality, nutrient-dense bison — lean, flavorful, and raised with care.

If you reserve soon, you’ll still have the opportunity to **define your preferred cuts**, so you get exactly what works best for your family (steaks, roasts, ground, etc.).

We also delivered their **winter hides and skulls** to our local taxidermist. They will be available in the fall, but if you know you want one, you are encouraged to reserve it now. We usually don't have winter processing dates, so we don't know when this opportunity will come around again. Contact us for pricing if you are interested.

It’s time to order your bison tomahawk steaks! We only do these specialty cuts to order, so if you’ve been wanting to try a delicious reverse seared bison steak that is just as impressive to serve as the eat, now is the time! Price is $35/ lb and we offer free delivery throughout the western Montana region.

We also have quarters available for $1280 a quarter. Please contact us if you’d like details about what all comes in a quarter. Free regional delivery for quarters too!

Come see us at the Sander’s County Fair! It’s our inaugural year and in addition to our meat products and fan faves (BISON JERKY IS BACK!), we have a new T-shirt line and spices! We are excited to introduce our “Buff Tuff” and sepia sketch designs based off of our ranch photos of the herd in action. While we would love to see you here, for our customers who can’t visit this neck of the woods, everything will be available to order. We started printing our own T-shirts so we can customize for style, design, color, and size. Jerky flavors we have in stock are original, red pepper, teriyaki, and dill pickle.

Yes it is true! Get steaks, roasts, and ground exactly how you want it by purchasing in halves or quarters. Our next butcher date is Monday July 21st and we still have a bison “shares” available.
