Greetings our beloved followers and customers, please read carefully this message to better understand how we work.
1) Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax from Wisconsin State residents, the rate is 5.6%.
2) Returns
Prime Engines Depot offers a 30 day return policy. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This return policy goes in effect upon shipment of your package to you, not the date of purchase. You, the buyer, is responsible for arrangement and the cost of the return shipping and MUST contact us for a return to be authorized and provide us the tracking information of said package within 24 hours of shipment.
3) Restock Fees
BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT, contact us within 14 days for an approved RMA number and instructions. Installed, powered, altered or unsellable items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Unapproved returns WILL BE REJECTED by Prime Engines Depot at buyer's expense. Approved refunds shall be issued within 7 days of the return for the sale price less our original shipping cost (including our cost on "free shipping" items) minus 20% restock charge ($10 minimum).
4) Typographical Errors
Prime Engines Depot attempts to keep the information in our listings as current and error free as possible. We are not bound by typographical errors resulting in inaccuracies with regard to prices, product specifications or availability.
5) SHIPPING
48 Lower Continental United States
Shipping cost is provided, we ship via various carriers and you must provide a physical street address, Outside the 48 Lower Continental United States
Unfortunately, our shipping method does not permit shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. If your physical address falls under one of these areas we will contact and invoice you for additional shipping charges. The physical address you provide must be deliverable by ANY service of our choice with our Shipping methods. We use slower economy shipping services that deliver without delivery confirmation or signature required in some instances. We reserve the right to choose the shipping company of our choice. If the description of any product states that this will be a truckline or freight shipment, then your item will arrive by a large commercial truck and the address you provide MUST be a commercial business with either a loading dock or forklift to remove the item from the truck. If the carrier determines your address is a residence (or a business in a residential neighborhood), by ordering any item you agree to pay any additional residential delivery, redelivery and/or accessory surcharges. Contact us with any questions regarding freight shipments. International freight shipments will incur additional customs and governmental charges which are the responsibility of the buyer.
6) Foreign Shipping
Prime Engines Depot ships to the foreign countries supported by the Global Shipping program. If your country does not fall within this program please message us and we will attempt to find an economical alternative of shipping for you.
