We took this hillside home from the 1950s to a sleek and modern home! After gutting the interior, modernizing the exterior and revamping the floor plan, the driving force of this project became capturing the cityscape views from the moment you open the front door! We know this family will enjoy the openness and outdoor and indoor fluidity for years to come! Thank you for trusting us!

Our first of many projects has broken ground and is actively in construction! We're gutting the inside, remodeling the existing first story and adding a second story to create an amazing new home for this wonderful family!
