Rising to the culinary occasion with Trader Joe’s 7-Ingredient Pizza Party Challenge! 🍕
Dive into the fusion of flavors with our vegan-friendly creation that promises an unexpected & delish flavor combo🌊🍋🌿:
PLANT-BASED SEAFARE PIZZA W/ CHIMICHURRI + YUZU
Ingredients
💠 2 battered plant-based fish fillets
💠 3 Tbsp sundried tomatoes, excess oil drained
💠 1/2 block vegan feta cheese alternative, crumbled
💠 1 garlic and herb pizza dough
💠 1/3 cup chimichurri sauce, plus more for drizzling
💠 Nori Komi Furikake, for sprinkling
💠 Yuzu hot sauce, for drizzling
Pairings:
🥂Wine: LaGranja Verdejo & Viura 2022
💧Non-Alcoholic Beverage: Sparkling Grapefruit (or another sparkling citrus if preferred)
Instructions:
💠 Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C).
💠 Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes on each side.
💠 After baking, transfer the fish fillets to a brown paper bag and set aside.
💠 On a lightly floured surface, stretch the garlic and herb pizza dough into a circle.
💠 Brush the dough’s crust with the oil from the sundried tomatoes.
💠 Spread the chimichurri sauce evenly over the dough.
💠 Arrange the sundried tomatoes on top of the sauce.
💠 Drizzle Yuzu hot sauce over the sundried tomatoes.
💠 Slice the baked fish fillets diagonally into 1/2-inch strips and distribute them on the pizza.
💠 Crumble the vegan feta cheese over the fish.
💠 Sprinkle Nori Komi Furikake around the pizza’s edge.
💠 Place the pizza on the top rack of the preheated oven & bake for 22 minutes, or until the crust reaches your desired doneness.
💠 After baking, drizzle additional chimichurri and Yuzu sauce over the pizza.
💠 Slice, serve, and enjoy with your chosen pairing!
