Pickers R Us Estate Sale Specialists WELCOME TO PICKERS R US When doing an estate sale, we take into consideration that we’re walking into someone’s life and possibly even their history.

Many of our customers go through a difficult time during this sale process. It’s not easy to sell the belongings of a loved one who has passed away, or to leave a house that has been in the family for decades. We try to make the process as painless as possible. Here are some of the estate sale services we offer: Free consultation - We come to you to assess your items and let you know what your options are We set up and stage the home for the day of the sale We research and price all items We promote the sale through all avenues including our email list, and internet sites At the completion of the sale, we offer either a buyout service or a charity removal service for the remaining items. (Whichever you choose) We make sure that the house is cleared of any remaining items There are no up-front fees for our services We charge a commission on total sales. Our commission percentage is based on the amount of work, and quantity and quality of the items being sold. We also have even found homes for the pets left behind. We love to go out and pick for cool stuff. We’ve bought and sold everything from Airplanes to Silly String, Vintage Guitars to Vinyl - the weirder the better.
