The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is having its MetWorks signature event of the year. The MetWorks event is on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at the Sheraton Fairplex Suites & Conference Center in Pomona from 8 am to 12 pm. We are expecting 40-50 exhibitors. The 25-30 will be water agencies in Southern California. We are expecting 700-800 attendees—a mix of contractors, consultants, suppliers, and professional services. See attached flyer.
The goal of Metropolitan’s METWORKS is to provide the construction and consulting business community with an opportunity to foster partnerships and become informed about potential contracting opportunities with our Pure Water Southern California Program and our drought sustainability projects, which are currently planned to utilize a combination of Alternative Project Delivery and traditional design-bid-build approaches. We will also highlight the upcoming work of our 26-member agencies.

For the first time, all 26 of Metropolitan’s member agencies will be participating together in one place, creating a unique opportunity to connect with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and businesses of all sizes. A free networking event, a great opportunity.
