Two years ago, we gathered for our ribbon cutting with excitement (nerves ๐ฅด), faith ๐ and a vision of creating something meaningful & needed for the City of Long Beach and the surrounding community.
Today, we are incredibly grateful to celebrate how far that vision has come!
๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ฅ was created to be more than simply a place to ship a package, print a document or rent a mailbox. We wanted to build a business where people felt welcomed, remembered and genuinely cared for....a place where customers could walk in needing assistance and leave feeling like family.
That mission is carried out every day by our small but dedicated team: Jennifer, Mrs. Debbie and RJ. โฅ๏ธโฅ๏ธโฅ๏ธ
Each of us brings something special to ๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ฅ, but we all share the same commitment which is to serve our customers with patience, professionalism, honesty and genuine care. We are thankful for every conversation, every laugh, every problem we have been trusted to solve and every friendship that has grown across our counter.
One of the most meaningful moments of our second year happened when Jennifer noticed that something did not seem right while assisting a customer who was preparing to mail a package. By taking the time to ask questions, pay attention and genuinely care about the person standing in front of her, Jennifer helped prevent that customer from mailing $25,000 in cash to a scammer!
That experience reminded us that what we do is sometimes about much more than packages and postage. It is about looking out for people, protecting our customers and being willing to speak up when something does not feel right.
Our high 5โญ๏ธ Google rating and thoughtful customer reviews are also among our greatest accomplishments. Those stars represent much more than a number beside our business name. Every review represents someone who felt welcomed, respected, protected or genuinely helped.
Your reviews tell us that professionalism, kindness and personal service still matter and that is a reputation that Jennifer, Mrs. Debbie and RJ will continue working hard to earn every single day.
