“Be an opener of DOORS.”

We all hold KEYS to worlds many would give anything to access. You’re more powerful and influential than you realize. Take a moment to consider the resources you hold.

Now be open. To the Present Moment. To being at the right place - right time - meeting the right people. Trust your own intuition! Be the catalyst, unlock a door - it may lead to another’s dream. 💫💫 💫

A C T I O N S

Growing up my mother used to always say, “ Actions speak louder than words”. Over time I’ve realized this to be an exceptional truth. It doen’t matter what you say if you have unaligned actions.

We show our priorities through our actions - what we make space, time and accommodations for. We express our love and care for others by the little things we do - the thoughtful gestures, checkng in on that friend, learning how to speak to the heart of another, being honest.

It’s all about our willingingness to put the life of another before our own. Being brave enough to be vulnerable because let’s face it - an action only reinforces what we say with our lips. Sometimes this can feel the riskiest. But we only live one life and today you have this moment - a moment you will never have again.

So…..send that text, make that call, put into action the words that have been hiding in your heart. Your authenticity can be the very lifeline of another. If you’ve said it once……show it twice!!

We ride the waves of fleeting pleasure
Time stands still while we
Bask in our ephemeral joys

Softly we slip beneath the water
Letting the weight of life & love
Transcend our soul
Lost in the moment

Calm washes over us
The interrupting noise silenced
Until all we have is the voice of
Our own beating heart

This place is where we go
When we want to connect
When our desire is to be grounded
And be fluid all at once

The beauty of connecting to something greater than you.

What is a bird of passage?

Someone willing to risk leaving the familiar in order to pursue a destination which provides greater assests. One who is comprised of extreme courage, strength and stamina required for survival. An individual who values connection.

May we all be reminded of this important parallel while in pursuit our dreams.

L I G H T + L O V E

I believe that you should tell someone when the Light of their Love has touched your life. Many people walk through this world unaware of the integral influence they have on others. The beauty of the wake they leave behind. 💫💖

From the smallest of gestures to the grandest displays of affection how has the life of another fostered the necessary care adding value to your own?

Take a moment today to call, write or show your appreciation to this person(s). They need to hear it from your lips. Not only will it feed their soul but it will inspire them to continue to Light up this world wih the Love that only they can give.
