Growing up my mother used to always say, “ Actions speak louder than words”. Over time I’ve realized this to be an exceptional truth. It doen’t matter what you say if you have unaligned actions.

We show our priorities through our actions - what we make space, time and accommodations for. We express our love and care for others by the little things we do - the thoughtful gestures, checkng in on that friend, learning how to speak to the heart of another, being honest.

It’s all about our willingingness to put the life of another before our own. Being brave enough to be vulnerable because let’s face it - an action only reinforces what we say with our lips. Sometimes this can feel the riskiest. But we only live one life and today you have this moment - a moment you will never have again.

So…..send that text, make that call, put into action the words that have been hiding in your heart. Your authenticity can be the very lifeline of another. If you’ve said it once……show it twice!!
