Back in 2007 one of my favorite paintings from the RAIN series "If on a Rainy Day a Traveler I" (so named after one of Italo Calvino's most interesting short stories ) was one of two paintings acquired by Christina Tonkin Interiors for New York Yankee Jorge Posada's New York City penthouse apartment. I was lucky enough to have my painting included in the photo essay and so here is a sneak peak!
Christina Tonkin Interiors is a prominent New York City design firm that specializes in acquiring art for hi-profile clientele and whose work includes magnificent sets for Gossip Girl and S*x and the City.
