Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to lead our industrial maintenance operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure optimal production efficiency and safety. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage maintenance team, and coordinate with various departments to uphold high standards of operational excellence. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and preventative maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance management programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset history, and maintenance schedules.
Manage electrical systems including low voltage and high voltage installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems such as conveyor belts, pumps, motors, and schematics interpretation for complex machinery.
Coordinate projects related to facilities management, equipment upgrades, or new installations with internal teams or external contractors.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols by conducting regular inspections of electrical systems using tools like ohmmeters and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Monitor industrial maintenance activities to optimize equipment uptime, reduce downtime costs, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
Skills
Strong management skills with proven experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and electrical troubleshooting including low voltage and high voltage systems.
Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking.
Solid understanding of facilities management practices, and industrial maintenance procedures.
Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in troubleshooting mechanical components such as pumps, motors, belts, gears, and schematics interpretation.
Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining safety standards.
Fluency in English with effective communication skills for team leadership and cross-department collaboration.
