Recent roof that we just replaced in Boulder. It was traditional wooden shake shingle which is now a bit of a fire hazard on the Colorado Front Range. We replaced it with Storm Grey - Class 4 IR (Impact Resistant) Malarkey Vista shingles. We also installed brand new Velux Skylights.
Hire us for a roof replacement and we will give you a free upgrade to this Class 4 shingle.
We have also been noticing that with the recent storms out in Ft. Morgan, Wiggins, Sterling and beyond that the only shingle material that has been surviving hail is Malarkey Vista.
