Perhaps the hardest thing for Visionaries to do is let someone else run the day-to-day. It's SO hard. I get it.

BUT... If you don’t let your Integrator take charge, it can lead to what we call “organizational whiplash.” When new ideas, changes, or shifts in direction come too fast, it can cause confusion, make it hard to focus, and actually slow things down.

Integrators are there to bring your Visionary ideas to life. They make sure everything is running smoothly and that resources are used wisely to get you closer to your goals.

For this partnership to work, you need to trust your Integrator to lead and turn ideas into action.

To avoid whiplash, you can:
- Share your vision clearly, then step back and let your Integrator handle the ex*****on.
- Have regular Same Page Meetings to stay aligned with your Integrator.
- Focus on what you do best: dreaming up new ideas and future plans, while your Integrator manages the day-to-day.

The Visionary/Integrator relationship works because both parties bring different strengths and respect each other’s roles.

Here’s the hard truth: Profit should be your priority in the business circle, but harmony should be your priority in the family circle.

You might be thinking, “Wait, we need harmony in the business too!” 🤔

Not so fast.

Harmony doesn’t belong in the business circle when it compromises the company's health. In the business, it’s all about Right People, Right Seats—and sometimes that means NOT putting family in key roles just for the sake of keeping peace.

Run your business for profit. Run your family for harmony.

Stick to EOS principles, let the system guide tough conversations, and avoid family drama spilling into the business. If you’re following EOS purely, you can blame the system for those hard decisions, not your brother. 😉
