Since 1993, AIM Processing has specialized in small part plastic injection molding. We roughly define "small" as the size of your fingernail to the size of your hand. Our focus on small parts has earned us a reputation among material suppliers, engineers, and designers as the place for programs that require high attention to detail, particularly elastomer overmolding, insert molding, and multi-par
t programs. We operate 7 days a week at our facility in Longmont, Colorado with 11 presses. This production model makes us so competitive, we ship around the world - US, France, Mexico, Canada, and Thailand to name a few. Rightly so, designers and engineers tend to be more familiar with the needs of their part than the details of the production process and material selection. Often, several iterations through the design process are required before the part is ready for production. Our leadership includes 2 mechanical engineers and a toolmaker, a team that thrives in developing innovative solutions for our customers. Our experience and technical abilities in plastic molding will enable you to design quality in and cost out in a much shorter time. Our only path to success is if our customers are successful, so we help you navigate the decisions to make regarding tooling & production. We are a diversified manufacturer with over 100 customers in a variety of industries, including electronic enclosures, wireless devices, medical devices, automotive, and other industrials. Our robust quality management system enables us to meet PPAP, FAIR, UL audits, and other rigorous quality requirements, but flexible enough for customers who speak with fewer acronyms. Although we count 8 of our customers in the Fortune 500, most of our customers are small to mid-size manufacturers with 30-300 employees.
