Before this home pad was even prepped, we installed a drain along the bottom of the hillside to help manage runoff and direct water where it needs to go.

Proper drainage starts with understanding how water naturally moves across a property. When you’re working with slopes, and heavy rainfall, planning for that water *before* you build can make a huge difference down the road.

Good site prep isn’t just about moving dirt and making things level. It’s about preparing the ground for what comes next. 🏡
