On March 18th, 2013, DECISION System, Inc. (DSI) of Longview, Texas is releasing version 9 of its premier Root Cause Analysis system: REASON9.
The interface for REASON has been totally re-envisioned. The interface is now is based on a time-line and is 2-3 times easier to use and learn than any other RCA system available.
There is no software to install and maintain in REASON9. The software and the training run over the internet within a web browseron the client's end.
This online system provides both software and training online in a new subscription-based model. The new system brings large corporate capabilities for RCA within reach of smaller organizations while making it even easier and less costly for larger organizations to deploy and manage too.
