Join us in congratulating Cook Chad on 15 years with our organization!

Chad began his journey with Applied Consultants and later played an important role in the formation and growth of Eagle Infrastructure Services. 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Congratulations, Chad, and thank you for 15 years of challenging us to 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿, 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿, and 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 “𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙚𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝.”

Some people help run a company. Others help build the discipline that keeps it running.

Fifteen years ago, Chad joined Applied Consultants and was part of the formation of Eagle Infrastructure Services, where he has remained a steady force behind the financial strength and structure of the organization ever since. Through growth, challenges, and change, his leadership, financial expertise, and integrity have been constants.

Chad is well known for his direct style and his ability to find the one detail everyone else missed. He asks the hard questions, challenges assumptions, and has a unique talent for helping others turn routine report requests into polished, well-supported work. Nothing gets past him, and most of us wouldn’t want it to.

While his feedback is never sugarcoated, it’s always purposeful. He doesn’t just point out what needs work; he explains the reasoning behind it. For those willing to listen, that combination of honesty and clarity has made him an invaluable teacher and mentor.

He's the kind of leader people seek out for advice, the teammate everyone is glad to have in their corner, and the kind of person who earns respect through his integrity, high standards, and ability to make those around him better at what they do. And outside the office, he's proof that the "grumpy finance guy" reputation is just one side of a much better story.

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Allie Oney to the position of Safety & Operator Qualification (OQ) Administrator.
Allie joined Applied Consultants in the Billing Department, where she quickly demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting both our employees and clients. Through her dedication and willingness to take on new challenges, she has earned this opportunity to expand her role within the company.

As our new Safety & OQ Administrator, Allie will be responsible for:
- Managing Operator Qualification (OQ) records and compliance requirements
- Assigning, tracking and managing safety equipment for field employees
- Tracking employee certifications, training, and qualifications
- Coordinating safety documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting onboarding and qualification processes for field employees
- Monitoring training requirements and renewal deadlines
- Working closely with operations and management teams to ensure compliance with client and industry standards
- Maintaining safety databases and reporting systems

Allie's attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to the Applied Consultants team. We are excited to see her continue to grow within the organization and contribute to our ongoing commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence. We are honored to stand with 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 in memory of 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿, who lost his battle with Alzheimer’s on April 13, 2026, at just 52 years old.

Tony’s wife, 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗸𝘆 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿, is part of the Applied family, and our hearts are with her and the entire Miller family as they continue this walk in Tony’s memory. Last year, Tony participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s one last time, and even though it was difficult, he completed the one-mile walk with incredible determination. This year, his family walks for him, carrying forward his love, strength, and hope for a future without Alzheimer’s.

We invite our team, friends, and community to support Team Tony Miller through a donation, by joining the walk, or simply by sharing his story to help raise awareness, support families, and fund research for Alzheimer’s care and treatment.

As we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who sacrificed for our country, we also recognize that this time of year brings graduations, new beginnings, and exciting milestones. Because of the freedoms secured through the service and sacrifice of so many, we have the opportunity to learn, grow, excel, and pursue our goals.

Jenny’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Over the past 20 years, she has devoted her time, energy, and compassion to this company and its people. From leading the Human Resources, Payroll, and Billing departments at Applied Consultants to becoming Corporate Director of Human Resources for Eagle Infrastructure Services in 2018, Jenny has consistently led with professionalism, grace, and genuine care for others.

Her ability to connect with people, encourage her team, and make others feel valued is what makes her such a respected and trusted leader.

Throughout the years, Jenny has walked alongside so many employees through life’s biggest moments: celebrations, weddings, graduations, challenges, losses, illnesses, and new beginnings. Through every season, she has been a source of support, compassion, encouragement, and steady guidance for countless people across this company.

Our Sr. Manager of Field Services, Nick Totten, and Director of Safety / OQ, Curtis Brightwell, attended the Williams Contractor & Supplier Symposium.

One of the highlights of the event was hearing guest speaker, Waldo Waldman, share his powerful “Never Fly Solo” message centered on leadership, trust, accountability, and teamwork.

Events like this provide valuable opportunities to connect with contractors, suppliers, and industry leaders while continuing to learn, collaborate, and strengthen the relationships that help drive success. Thank you to Williams for hosting an outstanding symposium and bringing together professionals committed to operational excellence!

A family member of Applied is currently battling stage 3 breast cancer. She has a genetic mutation linked to breast, cervical, and pancreatic cancer, making this an especially difficult journey. Next month, Karen will undergo a double mastectomy, followed by radiation, reconstructive surgery, and a hysterectomy. During this time, she will be out of work as she focuses on treatment and recovery. A GoFundMe has been created to help ease the financial burden as she navigates through this storm.
