After much thought and reflection, we want to share that The Methvin Venue will be closing at the end of March 2026. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who supported us, celebrated with us, and trusted us to host your special events over the last 3 years. Your memories and moments made this venue truly special. ❤️

As we prepare to close, we will be selling several venue and party items, including:

• Vases, backdrops, letters
• Party décor and supplies
• Event items and miscellaneous equipment

To reduce recycling contamination and increase efficiency, the City of Longview is updating its sanitation collection schedule beginning Monday, November 3, 2025.

🗑 Trash Collection: No change — keep placing your black-lid cart out on your regular day.
♻️ Recycling Collection: Now picked up the day after your trash day.
