This project was a slam dunk! 🏀🔥 The Portland Fire and Portland Thorns have unveiled their new practice facility, and JH Kelly was proud to help bring it to life alongside Hoffman Construction.

Our team supplied and installed the 17,000 SF pre-engineered metal building where the basketball courts were built. A special shoutout to Jeremy Ballard and Jeff Mahitka for their exceptional work on this project!

That’s a first! 🐝 There was a lot of buzz around this project as JH Kelly employees suited up in bee suits to take down a Totem Pole with some fuzzy flying neighbors for restoration for the Longview Lions. Talk about needing to bee extra careful!

Last week JH Kelly had the privilege of hosting Heavy Metal Summer Experience - 3 days, real tools, and plenty of sparks. ⚡️Students welded, wired, fabbed, and made mistakes learning at every step. They picked the brains of some of the best craftspeople in the business and got a crash course in the myriad of trades JH Kelly self-performs. Future of the trades? Looking solid. ⚙️☘️
