First let me say, THANK YOU to all my clients! Y’all are the real MVP’s for standing and staying not only through a global pandemic but then also being flexible with what our family has endured with the unexpected stroke my dad had and the ongoing care that has been needed. Thank you all for your prayers and sweet sentiments! Because of being booked through August 1st with only being in the salon on Saturdays, I have decided to open up on July 4th as well and will be taking clients from 8am - 5pm. (That means last color client scheduling by 3pm). This is first come, first serve and let me know through commenting below, text or PM, and I’ll get back with you ASAP! To all my past and present clients,

Thank you. Thank you for almost 2 decades of allowing me to take care of you all. I consider it an honor and privilege to have shared in so many precious moments in your lives, from marriages, babies, loss, love, new beginnings, and thankful for the support I have received as well, as I walked through my own. Some of you gave me a chance as a young, single, inexperienced 19 year old stylist, and some of you have jumped on this journey with me after having years and years of knowledge I have been privileged to receive from so many, and now have 3 children of my own.

I say all this to say, NO, I am not walking away from being a stylist completely, but I am desiring to inform you of a shift in my schedule and career direction. I am in a process of a large change of life that has required me to have more consistency in employment, as well as options for benefits for my family. I have accepted a position at Community Health Core, which is a great opportunity for not only consistency, but is also in the realm of the degree I am pursuing in social work.This begins sooner than I expected on Monday, February 17th. I will still be taking clients on Saturdays as well as Thursday evenings.

I understand this schedule is not feasible for everyone, and while I will miss you all, for the ones who cannot work within these time frames, I would love to refer you to some amazing stylists that we are so blessed to have in this area. While there are many I could refer you to, I would love to direct you first to our team at Salon Phoenix. They will treat you like the family you are, all while giving you the gift of amazing hair!
