I would like to begin by expressing my heartfelt gratitude to all of our customers who have supported our business throughout the years. Your trust, loyalty, and kindness have meant more to our family than words can ever fully capture.

These past several months have been incredibly difficult, and I sincerely apologize for the delay in sharing this deeply heartbreaking update. On July 25th, 2025, my beloved husband, Jeremy June, passed away unexpectedly. Many of you knew him as the owner and lead technician of JJ Quality Appliance. Jeremy took great pride in his work, always going above and beyond, and he truly cherished the genuine connections he built with each of you.

Because of his passing, the business will no longer remain active. This has been an emotional and painful decision, but it is made with respect for the high standards Jeremy held and the love he poured into this work.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for allowing us to serve you, for welcoming us into your homes, and for supporting our family all these years. Your loyalty will forever be appreciated.

We acknowledge the potential inconvenience associated with requiring appliance repairs, particularly during a holiday weekend or on a holiday itself.

Recently, we were contacted by a customer regarding issues with their Samsung French door refrigerator, specifically related to water and ice production, as well as leaks causing ice accumulation within the ice maker. Concerned about the looming holiday weekend, the customer urgently requested same-day service.
Our prompt response allowed us to conduct an immediate inspection this morning. It was determined that the water valve had not been fully closed, necessitating the replacement of both the water valve and ice maker.
Following the necessary repairs, the refrigerator was reinstated to optimal functionality, effectively addressing the client's concerns just in time for their fun filled weekend ahead.

We recently responded to a repair request concerning a Maytag washer. The client reported significant shaking and banging during the spin cycle. Following a prompt visit, our technician conducted a thorough assessment and identified that the suspension rods had significantly deteriorated, primarily due to overloading the machine. We were able to replace the worn suspension rods same-day. Ensuring the machine was working like new.
This successful resolution left the client satisfied.

Client stated their LG model dryer was no longer heating.

After taking the machine apart. I was able to discover that there was a bad heating element and the dryer was super clogged.
After a same day replacement as well as a clean out. We were able to get the dryer up and running again.

Making sure to clean your lint trap after every use can prevent elements from blowing and can additionally keep your dryer working smoothly.
