Casque Wines released their first wines in the fall of 2008 in Placer County with a production of 400 cases. Since then production has more than tripled, with awards from every competition entered to date. At Casque, we take pride in producing small lots of hand crafted Rhone and Bordeaux style wines from the absolute best vineyard sources in the California Sierra Foothills. We have embraced the t

ime honored French tradition of blending several different varietals together to create a wine that is greater than the sum of its parts.
