🎉 Happy 1 Year Anniversary! We HAVE to give a massive shoutout to an absolute superstar in our community - Jen! 🌟 This amazing woman has not only dropped a jaw-dropping 60+ pounds over the past year but has also slashed her body fat by 20%! And you know what? She feels fantastic! 🙌

But here’s the cherry on top: Jen has significantly reduced her visceral fat to a healthy level. For those who might be wondering, visceral fat is that sneaky kind that wraps around your organs and can be a bit of a troublemaker health-wise. Getting this down is HUGE for overall health! 💪

Thanks to her incredible dedication, Jen can now live the active, fun-filled life with her kiddos that she’s always wanted. This journey she’s on? It’s far from over, and we’re just so grateful to have her as part of our tribe. Keep crushing it, Jen, we’re all cheering for you! 🎉✨

So How much? The general rule we follow is to drink half your body weight in ounces each day. So if you weigh 150 pounds, aim for 75 ounces of water over the course of the entire day. I know some people like to track it with apps or bottles that have measurements on them. Sleep is a biggie for sure. Aim to be in bed for at least 8 hours every night. You know, that magic number isn't just made up—it's backed by solid science! To kick distractions to the curb, consider a white noise machine or even some earplugs. Turn off or silence your phone, or better yet, keep it in another room. A dark, cool room usually does wonders, too.
