JLS was called to this beautiful Serrano home in El Dorado Hills after a second-story fire sprinkler malfunction caused extensive water damage.

Our team responded quickly to investigate, establish proper containments, set appropriate equipment and protection, and meticulously remove all impacted materials.

The final clean is now complete, and this home is ready for the rebuild.

Another project underway!

This duplex has a failed stucco system, requiring a full stucco demo, new windows, and a brand-new stucco system.

Before demolition, our crew takes the time to protect the windows, sliding glass doors, landscaping, and surrounding areas. We also utilize our dustless demolition system to minimize airborne silica dust, creating a cleaner, safer job site for our crew, our clients, and the neighborhood.

With yesterday’s potential rain our team quickly cleaned up and secured the home with heavy-duty plastic to prevent any overnight water intrusion.

Today, we’re back at it working through the heat and getting the job done. Stay tuned for the transformation. 💪🏼
