I've been thinking recently on where I invest myself... my time, talent and resources. Have you ever taken an inventory about what's getting the best of you? Motherhood is hard (literal blood, sweat & tears) but I invest myself there because I know the pay off (connected, loving children...and eventually adults) is worth it. We work hard to invest in our home, to build equity and create an environment for our kids to learn and grow in. And I invest in Beautycounter, it gets a piece of my time and resources because there's a return on that investment. NOTHING is a get quick rich plan (and if you're promised that RUN FAR AWAY! ) and every investment has its risks...but here's what I know:
1) The personal care industry is stable
2) The clean cosmetic industry is booming
3) Consumers are becoming wiser and savvier with their spending.
4) Women deserve to build financial freedom (alongside or inspite of their partner)
5) The work force is changing, the pandemic taught us that flexibility is invaluable.

It's just an average Monday around here. More things to do than time to do them, shower probably not happening (sorry any one who has to see me IRL 😬) and I'm trying to eat better so I'm grumpy without my snacks. So if you're feeling your life is less than perfect and you're scrolling thinking everyone has it together; first, maybe they do, but where's the fun in that? Second, come sit by me (as soon as I take a shower. 😆) and we might not be any more pulled together, butv at least we won't be alone.

Today THIS IS MY HAPPY PLACE. Butt in my chair, computer on my messy table, drink game strong, helping my clients switch to safer and cheering my team on! My job two fold; 1) Help YOU my client find the personal care products that you and your family need, thus reducing your toxic load and voting with your dollar what type of products you want on our shelves. (Speaking of dollars...I also REALLY like helping you save money! ) 2) Being my team's biggest cheer leader. I have the privilege of walking along side women as they share the mission of Beautycounter with their friends and families. It's is a joy and a honor to help them succeed. As cliche as it sounds, I really am in the buisness of "changing lives". From seeing someone clear up their skin, cleanup their makeup or pay for their girls weekend, kids dance classes and more. I mean COME ON!!!!! How is this not goo stuff!?!? We all need more good stuff!!! I am opening back up my coaching spots for buisness builders and I want you in it!!!
