I started getting recognized as a subject matter expert in several industries, where I was promoted to higher and higher positions ultimately being hired as the National Head of Recruitment for the sixth largest bank in the U.S.. I addition to full time C Suite positions , I started my own Sales Coaching and Consulting firm, Performance Resource Group. I trained and consulted with experienced top Sales Professionals in the Mortgage and Real Estate industries. The success was remarkable as I have coached over 1200 Loan Officers and Realtors.
