We are seeking a bilingual clinical therapist to join our team and support the physical,
emotional, and mental well-being of our clients. In this role, you will work directly with
clients of all ages needing counseling for mental health and substance use disorders. This
role is a hybrid position (remote, office).
Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:
● Conducts diagnostic assessments
● Develop initial and individualized treatment plans
● Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices
● Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients
● Implement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately
address client situations
● Maintain timely and complete clinical records
● Provides crisis intervention services to clients as necessary to enhance and restore
functioning
● Provide information and referral services as needed
● Continually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments
● Educate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process
when necessary
● Functions as part of a treatment team
● Maintains case documentation in confidential files
● Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance
● Performs other duties as assigned
Therapist Requirements and Qualifications:
● Licensed in the State of Ohio as an LSW, LPC, LPCC, LISW
● Meet all necessary state licensure requirements
Language:
● Spanish/English (Required)
