'More interesting, Zammit said, were autopsy findings from 948 participants who died during the study: Even when their brains harbored Alzheimer’s hallmarks, the more cognitively “enriched” people had better memory and thinking skills and a slower decline before their death.

That’s what scientists call cognitive reserve. It means learning strengthened neural connections in various regions, helping the brain to be more resilient, able to work around damage from aging or disease at least for a while.'

Doctors often advise exercising your brain to stay sharp but stretching your brain might be the better description.

Many people have tight/short hamstrings. For many of them, performing traditional static stretches to improve mobility does little or nothing to help. Here, known and qualified strength and conditioning coach Eric Cressey shares some possible reasons for the tightness, and likely solutions.

There might not be a more obnoxious and stubborn athletic injury than the hamstrings strain. When it is really bad, it can bother you when you're simply walking or sitting on it. Supplements can be great, helpful and supportive of health. They can also be useless or harmful. Just one of the issues with knowing the difference, and particularly for yourself (some supplements may be good for one person and not for another, for example), is seeing what research has been done and what effects are evidenced.
Getting your supplement advice from wellness influencers who don't, or can't, review the body of scientific literature on a product is dangerous.
Specific to the below post, be careful of the over-the-counter wellness craze.

Do correct kettlebell swings. I'm not a full on advocate of using lots of refined, chemically processed seed oils, especially the ones that oxidize most easily. But the recent resurgence in the narrative that using saturated animal fats as a source of cooking fat is fine, is fine in unlimited quantities and is universally better than using any seed oils whatsoever is false according to the data.
