Volunteers and professionals often bring different levels of experience to the mix. Some volunteers are incredibly skilled. Others are still learning.

As we went over with Greg Baker, Production Development Director at Saddleback Church, healthy church production isn’t about criticizing volunteers or chasing flawless performance. It’s about defining the standard, investing in training, and creating accountability in a way that supports real people serving faithfully.
