✅ Internet Service Restored — September 25

Lumen has confirmed that service was restored at 9:40 a.m. MDT today after repairs to the fiber connection in Santa Fe. Final service validation is underway.

We’re sorry for the extended disruption and appreciate your patience while crews worked to restore connectivity.

⚠️ Internet Service Update — September 25

Customers may experience intermittent service, with connections coming and going due to ongoing disruptions affecting multiple fiber connections.

Lumen is working to resolve the remaining issues, and we’re also working on an alternate line to restore reliable connectivity. There is no confirmed time for full restoration yet.

We’re sorry for the continued disruption and understand how frustrating this has been. Thank you for your patience—we’ll keep you updated here.

Network Outage Update — September 25, 12:27 a.m. MDT
Lumen technicians are continuing to install the replacement fiber needed for a permanent repair. Their Network Operations Center is coordinating with field crews and monitoring progress.
Once the new fiber span is in place, crews can begin the next phase of restoration. We will share another update as soon as more information becomes available.

⚠️ Internet Outage Update — September 24, 6:37 p.m. MDT

Lumen’s fiber repair crews are on site in the affected area, working to pinpoint the fiber damage. Lumen is awaiting further details from the crews.

Service remains disrupted, and there is no estimated restoration time yet. We’ll share more information as it becomes available.

Splicers have arrived in the area and are continuing efforts to pin point the fiber damage.

The equipment issue has been resolved. We replaced the affected equipment and service should now be working normally.
