Honestly, few things are better than looking back to a fun experience.
Time has worked it’s wonders and all the hiccups of the time are no longer relevant. We’re only left with memories, which we can use to make meaning.
As you might remember, last year we helped organise the Business Innovation Challenge at Foothill College. Still virtually at the time, we came together with ideas we hoped to turn into businesses (or not)…
This year we are back, sharing our stories with the new blood. was on the planning team, reaching out to less privileged communities in hopes of offering an encouraging push to students who felt “unqualified” or “outsiders”
participated in the challenge with an idea of a card game, “Unpack Your Backpack,” in an attempt to help people play, and have fun while socialising in college. She worked at the school café and saw the need and opportunity to bring conversation past the superficial level.
These were the stories we shared. And trust that stories shared become better stories…
