If you have a student athlete getting 5-7 hours of sleep while juggling year-round training, you’re not alone, and you’re not imagining the pressure. 🏀🏈⚽️
Youth sports has shifted from the recreational experience many of us remember to a professionalized world of early specialization and year-round commitment. While sports offer incredible opportunities to build community and executive functioning skills, many families now find themselves in a cycle that feels more stressful than joyful.
Join us this Thursday, Feb 12 at noon PST/3pm EST for “Beyond the Game: Executive Functioning for Student Athletes.” We’ll explore practical strategies to help your student athlete thrive on the field AND in the classroom without sacrificing sleep, health, or well-being.
We’ll tackle the real challenges: breaking the overcommitment trap, balancing sleep with success, and planning beyond the immediate season—all while keeping the joy in sports.
