Ever wonder how to get those muscles or that sculpted physique? The secret lies in a process called hypertrophy.

Hypertrophy simply means making your muscles grow bigger and stronger. This happens when you challenge them with resistance training, like weightlifting or calisthenics. By pushing your muscles to new limits, they adapt and rebuild to be more efficient; increasing muscle fiber size.

Why is hypertrophy important?

🔻Strength is Power: Recent studies have shown that lack of muscle mass has been related to overall health, better quality of life, and improved longevity.

🔻Improved Metabolism: Muscle burns more calories at rest, helping you maintain a healthy weight and boost your metabolism a lot easier

🔻Confidence Boost: Seeing your physique change can be incredibly empowering knowing you accomplished a goal through disciple and consistency, and help you feel confident in your own skin

How to Unlock Hypertrophy:
