Both my Nana & mother cooked amazing food, creating lots of delicious recipes which they graciously passed down to me. This gave me the inspiration to leap into the food production industry just before turning 40. In 2005 I left my corporate life in radio broadcasting to open Sis Meliss Family Recipes and began selling my signature flavor “Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing & Marinade” (based on my nana's recipe) in local Farmer's Markets. Then in 2006 I got a lucky break and was invited to join the Whole Foods Southern California Region as a "Local Vendor". In 2008 I introduced and produced my mother's Caesar Salad Dressing, thus why I called it "Mom's Classic Caesar Dressing". Cal, Arizona, Hawaii & Nevada Whole Foods Stores, as well as 12 N. Cal Whole Foods locations, Rainbow Co-op in San Francisco and the New Leaf Market in Half Boon Bay CA.
