Fall Season is here…

Definitely missing my Dad in these moments — when I’d make my parents’ food & seeing his reaction to the craziness I make for him! Ha! He never complained!

Today I made my Mom an easy Chinese dumpling soup with ginger & bok choy, white rice and some chili oil on the side.

Then again, did we just “all of a sudden” have 90 degree weather yesterday?

If you know me personally… you’d know why I have been away from my Digital Business page for almost 2 months now.

When I think about “WHY” I started this… and “WHO” my inspiration(s) were for doing this… I have no excuse but to keep going. It’s about that time!

IN A PERFECT WORLD…

All our work requests for time off would be approved by our Supervisors, haha. ALL. OF. THEM 😂

But you and I know full well that this isn’t reality.

What if there was a system in place and tools provided that allow you to work towards “that”? Would you take the time to learn?

You see these kids in this photo below — they are of great importance to me! I got to pass down faith teachings to 16 teenagers this Summer — alongside 45+ other young children and our Vacation Bible School staff.

It’s a ministry that requires 7 days from a staff person (essentially, our teachers). And our kids are worth it!

I rarely, almost never make pasta dishes, especially alfredo, because one dry pasta experience from the past scarred me LOL… and I didn’t want to let any more future pasta dishes go to waste!

I prefer my siblings spaghetti and fettucine over mine —

But guuuuuys… let me tell you, this bad boy did not disappoint this past weekend! With a side of garlic toast too? Boom Town ya’ll! 😂 I think I mastered it! Haha.
