We do not claim that all police brutality is a result of a lack of training. This is a very deep and complex issue. But what we can all agree on is that lack of training does in fact endanger the lives of civilians as well as officers. This specific issue is what we are tackling. LEAD Tactics is equally on the side of the community as well as law enforcement. In order for any change to occur, we must put our differences aside and come up with real-world, practical solutions. We sincerely feel that our initiative is a step in the right direction.
