Traditional is a vertically integrated cannabis company with facilities all over California. Company-wide we have over 300 employees including growers, trimmers, packagers, and a full corporate staff, including in-house lawyers, compliance, HR, accountants, marketing professionals, and creative designers. Our goal is to employ and train approachable staff with a mind rooted in the cannabis culture, of course. Being born and raised in California, our whole team at Traditional is committed to this industry. Thanks to our work ethic and dedication, we have been blessed to create a like-minded team which we are incredibly grateful to have. We hand select and train each staff person to be not only approachable, but also informed about Traditional and the products we create and sell. We want to thank everyone who has ever put on a Traditional hoodie, shirt, or hat and supported us. Having been around since 2005, we have never had a platform to express how truly thankful we are. To every cannabis company that has ever worked with us, to every person who has ever worked with us and who are still working with us—before we branded ourselves and after—and most importantly, to every person that has ever smoked Traditional over the past 18 years, from the whole Traditional team we want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It may not have said Traditional on the bag back then, but the name has always been there without being there.
