Do you prep on Sunday to set the tone for a focused and productive week?
As a financial consultant, my Sunday prep routine helps me step into Monday with clarity and confidence. One of my favorite habits is reviewing my calendar—both professional and personal—to make sure I’m aligned with priorities and fully prepared to serve my clients well.

Here are a few questions I ask during my Sunday prep:
💼 Are there any client meetings that need final prep or portfolio review?
📅 Are my strategy and focus blocks in place for market analysis and team check-ins?
📞 Are there calls or follow-ups I need to schedule that aren’t yet on the calendar?
👨‍👩‍👧 Is family time or personal downtime booked in like the non-negotiable it is?

Being intentional on Sunday sets the tone for a powerful, purpose-driven week.

EMBRACE THIS MOMENT.
Do you see the opportunity right in front of you?

A wise mentor once told me, “It has to be messy before it’s beautiful.”
