Hi Friends! I havenโt explained what my logo means yet so here it is ๐ค
This logo carries a message that is at the heart of what I hope to share through my art.
Inspired by the balance of yin and yang, the design is centered around a koi fish, gently and freely swimming between the two.
Light and shadow.
Joy and sadness.
Day and night.
Black and white.
I donโt believe that one side is more beautiful or more important than the other.
The world is beautiful because both sides exist.
We are often told to stay positive,
to let go of negative emotions,
and to always look on the bright side.
But I donโt believe we have to.
Sadness, anxiety, uncertainty, and all the emotions that arise within us are also meaningful parts of being human.
Rather than rejecting them,
I want to embrace both the light and the shadow,
and learn to move freely between them,
like a koi swimming gently through the water.
My hope is that when people look at my art,
they can feel a sense of balance, peace, and acceptance within themselves.
The koi in my logo represents that wish.
And just like the koi,
I hope to continue swimming freely through life,
embracing every emotion and finding beauty in every side of myself.
May we find beauty in both the light and the shadow.
May we find peace in the balance between them.
