I’ve been having a lot of conversations lately with leaders who are doing incredible work…but quietly carrying a level of pressure that most people don’t see.

And what keeps coming up is this:

It’s not that they don’t know what to do.
It’s that they don’t have the space to think clearly anymore.

Everything feels urgent.
Everything feels important.
And there’s very little room to pause.

That’s not sustainable.

And it’s one of the biggest reasons I created SPCI.

Not to add more to leaders...

But to help them lead from a place of clarity, steadiness, and capacity again.

Stress is contagious 🫣

I know that times can be hard for a myriad of reasons. But let's not forget that your energy sets the tone in your home and in the workplace.

Avoid reacting under pressure as much as possible.

Instead: Breathe. Ground. Respond.

Even laugh and smile a little more.

POV: What if you've been measuring the wrong "Wins"?

Here's a thought on avoiding habits that don't help you reach your bottom line in your business.

🛑 Refrain from ONLY celebrating revenue while ignoring growth.

✅ Do This Instead:

1️⃣ 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙠 progress, not perfection.
2️⃣ 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 resilience and learning.
3️⃣ 𝘼𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙣 metrics with meaning.
