How to break a workout plateau? 🤔
It happens to all of us. Suddenly workout reps don't increase. The new weight on the bar feels too heavy. You haven't hit a new PR in weeks or months...
No worries, we've all been there. Here are some quick tips that will help you get through fitness plateaus.

- USE FULL RANGE OF MOTION⠀
Implementing full ROM is the key to your fitness progress. Sometimes you have to let your EGO go. Looking cool in the gym is great but not so cool for your muscle growth.

- IMPLEMENT PERIODIZED TRAINING.
It simply means to mix things up every new training block. Try using new variables (load, sets, and repetitions) in order to maximize training adaptations!

- RESET & DELOAD EVERY 5 OR 6 WEEKS.
Last but not least make sure your recovery is on point. Taking a break every 5 or 6 weeks is essential to reset your body and mind. ⠀
