Sometimes things like can start feel like pandering when corporations and salespeople start talking and posting about it. Part of me wondered if I even want to post!

But then I realized that would be the worst possible response. Is ✨feminism✨ being boxed up and sold back to us by people who probably don’t care one bit about equality? Definitely. But then there’s the rest of us— the women fighting every day to make a difference for other women. Women who fight for equality, justice, freedom, and sometimes just to get by as a woman in this world that can feel designed to keep us down.

We know that our products aren’t magically solving misogyny. But that’s not what it’s about. It’s about making other women feel seen. This pin was the first thing we ever designed for Not A Boy, and since then, we have met and spoken to so many determined, amazing, messy women who we want to encourage and embolden and represent and just simply see for who they are. So, happy International Women’s Day to all of you sometimes badass/sometimes scared, sometimes strong/sometimes tired, and always, always beautiful babes. We see you 🖤
