Grateful. Thankful. Blessed. ❤️

I’m grateful for the ability to cook—whether it’s for my coworkers or my family. There’s something so noble and fulfilling about feeding people and sharing a meal.

It doesn’t have to be fancy. Sometimes, it’s the simple food made with love that means the most. What matters is being surrounded by good, well-meaning people who appreciate the time, effort, and love that goes into preparing a meal.

Food has a beautiful way of bringing people together. And for me, being able to share what I can is truly a blessing. 🙏❤️

Such a significant breakthrough for people with non-verbal autism. So much potential for people on the spectrum. We can “see” and “hear” them now.
