While this seems simple enough, most people donโt live like that. We live like there is no tomorrow, not only when it comes to macro topics like climate, pollution, population growth, exploitation of natural resources of any kind and many more but also in our personal life especially when it comes to our physical and mental health.

- Time in nature โWhile calling it a disorder might be merely rhetorical, itโs clear kids spend significantly more time inside than outside. This shift is largely due to technology: The average American child is said to spend 4 to 7 minutes a day in unstructured play outdoors, and over 7 hours a day in front of a screen. - Screen time (8-10 years old: Six hours. 11-14 years old: Nine hours. 15-18 years old: Seven and 1/2 hours
These are just a few basic examples of what the average person is doing in a day.
At the same time
- Mental disorders
- Stress
- Workaholism
- Burnout
- Anxiety
- Suicidal rates
- Pharmaceutical growth rates
. are having record highs while the world population is living in more abundance and comfort than any other generation before us.
So obviously, as a generation, we donโt put this simple law of nature to practice..
