Sinking with the boat is pretty dumb so please jump off it it gets to that point 😜

When it comes to social media-a post or story doesn’t = cash dropped into your account. It’s about continuous marketing to build a solid reputation & business. You can’t lead with money.

You don’t have to service everyone. I turned someone away because I was getting some weird vibes and then I had to call the cops on her (my intuition was correct) 😂😜🫶🏼

Self-aware business owners ——>📝

You can’t do all the things/wear all the hats with your hands tied behind your back (on clients) for hours on end.

You also can’t mentally show up for all the things after being in a dark room for hours on end talking and working on clients for hours.

If you want to get your business to go beyond the treatment room- you have to put systems in place that make space for this.

A self-aware business owner hires out when possible, rests often & makes space for forward thinking ideas & plans. 💡

I knew I couldn’t last forever in my treatment room just a few years in-going at the speed I was. I knew I wanted other ways to make money to protect my body & the longevity of my career. I’m here to help you figure out how to do the same.
