🤎 At rfc21, we believe leadership comes in all forms—two-legged and four.

We run a tight ship… with occasional snack breaks and belly rubs.

🐾 Desilu is our Director of Security. Elegant. Unbothered. Unshakable. She enforces the “no unattended door” policy and monitors all suspicious UPS activity. 📦

🐾 Stanley is our Chief Distraction Officer. He specializes in mid-meeting antics, lap takeovers, and stress relief via chew toys. 🦴 His leadership style? Chaotic good.

Need some self-care? Here are some ideas 💡

1️⃣ Get outside daily - Even just 10 minutes of sunshine ☀️ and fresh air can reset your mood and perspective.

2️⃣ Move your body - Find movement that brings you joy, whether it’s dancing 💃🏻 in your living room or a gentle walk.

3️⃣ Connect with someone - 📞Send a text, make a call, or have coffee ☕️ with someone who lifts your spirit.

4️⃣ Practice mindful breathing 😮‍💨 - Take 5 deep breaths when you feel overwhelmed—inhale peace, exhale tension.

5️⃣ Set healthy boundaries - It’s okay to say no to things that drain your energy or peace.☮️

6️⃣ Limit social media - Try setting a timer ⏲️ or designating certain hours as screen-free time.

7️⃣ Get enough sleep 😴 - Prioritize rest—your brain needs it to process emotions and stay balanced.

8️⃣ Express gratitude 🙏🏼 - Write down three things you’re thankful for each day to shift your focus.

9️⃣ Be kind to yourself - Speak to yourself as you would to a good friend—with patience and understanding. 🤎

Remember: Small steps lead to big changes. You don’t have to do everything at once. ✨
