A rare opportunity for 'entrepreneur-spirited' talents to join a fully funded VC backed start-up food delivery business. With the right attitude and hustle, Luther Bob Team Members will have rapid career growth opportunities to get promoted to regional director and managerial positions (we prefer to promote within) and potentially unlock stock-option compensation packages as the company grows.
Luther Bob's Team Members perform food preparation duties as well as food packaging duties in Cloud Kitchen or Ghost Kitchen (delivery pick-up only business model). Food preparation duties consist of cooking chicken tendies and assembling fried chicken sammies. Food packaging duties consist of packaging foods to respective orders, expediting tickets, and packaging food into containers.
Additional Tasks and Duties
Additional team member duties include managing and understanding how to read a KDS (kitchen display system), re-stocking and organizing deliveries, quickly packaging food to-go, and maintaining a clean store environment. A Luther Bob's team member must also adhere to all safety policies and health regulations. Ideal Luther Bob team members possess positivity and dedication.
