You read it correctly. The city of Glendale, CA (where LA Balloons is located) is voting tomorrow night (Tuesday) to potentially ban the sale of foil/ mylar balloons.

If you live or work in the LA area, please take less than one minute and submit your opposition here: https://laballoons.com/pages/glendale-balloon-ban

What does a ban mean for you?
• It will be against the law to sell foil balloons.
• Fines up to $500 and making it a criminal offense with up to 180 days in county jail.
• You will never be able to buy mylar balloons again from local businesses in Glendale.
• Glendale businesses whose livelihoods depend on selling balloons will be devastated and could close forever.
• No more mylar balloons for birthdays, graduations, weddings, gifts, special events and celebrations.
