Position Description:
Brief description of the position
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Understand the numbers -
• Write and prepare the schedule for the BOH
• Hands on approach - love being in the restaurant
• Run food and Expo - have a great flow of service
• Ensure that all staff is set daily to have a great shift
• Do a daily walk through, check the walk-in, temperatures
• Attend meetings with General Manager, Managers, Corporate team
• Work with management team and daily goals and meeting agendas
• Be comfortable on the line - break your hourly team members when needed
( MIT program)
• Follow-up on tasks and complete daily tasks
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems – POS
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Two or four years in Restaurant Management (required)
• Experience in management, hospitality services, high volume sales
• Knowledge, skills and abilities serving, supervising and training in a food service environment
(preferred)
