You are the expert.

Show up as it.

She requires someone who hears her speak, actually listens and can provide an integrateble solution.

She requires someone whose service meets her desired transformation.

Wonder why she isn't showing up?

She can sense your hesitation.

You are the problem. Constantly p***y footing around. Questioning your artwork.

Requesting everyone to validate your vision and brilliance.

It doesn't look good on you.

The women who are gonna show up are looking for women who are already secure in what they bring to the table.

Friday, Dana was not okay, but today she is.

What you can learn from our founders panic attack.

Friday morning dana had a panic attack set off by some major changes in her business and life.

Here is what she says.

Stress & changes happen in the body before it happens in the mind.

When you become overwhelmed breath & acknowledging what is happening is key.

Honoring the thought & feeling allows you to navigate the emotion in real time.

The emotion you are feeling is the foundation to determining the thought attached to it, and the under current you are feeling.

When you understand the thought that is activated by the emotion you create your own solution to slay the emotion & the mind.

By utilizing breath to breathe through your body you are moving the heaviness and trauma outward.

By utilizing your breath you are able to relax your mind to clearly dissect your thoughts and create safety in the body.

When safety in the body is created you can then identity what was the root of the issue.

Let us know how you hold yourself when stress or changes rear their head.

People hate when I say this, but girl I don't care if you have invested 80 years with someone.
If they are not trying to lock you in they are wasting your time.
You are SINGLE.....
If you died tomorrow they'd say you are SINGLE.
We are no longer normalizing giving men access to married goods.
Have I done it...yes.
Will I do it now...NO!
I don't care how much this person's family may love you or how much this man says he loves you.
Men come for what they want. You don't have to question, jump through hoops, or beg for s**t.
There are men who will eat you like a snicker, dick you down, not have community dick, and will make sure you aren't just mentally straight but spiritually, and financially taken care of without having to break a sweat.
We are no longer giving away our youth to men that aren't ready to commit.
Get out the way. Ya MAN is already waiting.

I am always floored when women tell me they are so surprised how I do not say PICK ME when it comes to coaching them.
I am a firm believer that people know what they want when they want it.
Most of my clients come by way of referral or they are women who I have never met.
They reach out or they just pop up on my website and hit the purchase button.
Women dont need to be manipulated into choices.
Those who are for me are for me, and those who aren't... aren't.
I dont need to give you a 1000 word essay on why you should work with me or how my potency is gonna change your life.
At the end of the day I am just the passanger to your genius, your vision, and your ascension.
I am not the END ALL BE ALL. I am the S**T, but you are too!
I am just the igniter to help you spark what is already there.
I am not even a PICK ME about the face, and dick I ride. I am not gonna be that ever for the women I serve.
I have no desire to be placed on a PEDESTAL.
If I am for YOU... you will KNOW!

We see these men pulling up on you with these wads of money.
While you calling them a "friend" and you standing outside in the heat in this damn mink coat with ya b***s popped up nice in these damn throw back heels.
KNOCK IT OFF....
YOU A OLD-ERONI and STILL got it, but don't you dare talk down on us for having the audacity to ask these men for what we want and require it without having to give up the SUGAR!
I am now BLOCKETY BLOCKED BLOCKED BLOCKED!
With that I am inspired to create an oil called JEZZIE, and one called STELLA.

Girl, slow down.
Don't let anyone force you to move faster than you are ready.
Speed has nothing to do with success and its why you can have someone start their journey 5 years behind someone else and they get to the top in 3 months versus someone else who has a journey to the same destination.
Honor your journey. There are lessons to be learned that are better to be learned now than when it's truly inconvenient later.

Triggered Bi***es start from lack of emotional processing.
Today let's start with step one of emotional processing which will also help with emotional regulation and intelligence.
ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR EMOTIONS
This step is easier said than done. It requires you to stop and acknowledge that you have an emotional buildup that needs to be addressed.
Addressing allows you to then work on release or transmutation of the emotion.
What are you acknowledging today?
